David Caudle, at it again

Not a bad year to be a part of Howl!, the East Village multi-arts festival in its eighth season, what with James Franco’s Ginsberg biopic hitting theatres shortly. But for playwright David Caudle, there’s likely little time to savor the moment as another project (or three) is invariably in the pipes. By our count, Mr. Caudle has had seven of his plays presented locally in the past year, beginning with a reading of The Common Swallow at last year’s Howl! and including workshops with of Damsel and Visiting Hours at The Bridge. For Howl! 2010, Mr. Caudle will present the first New York showing of The Sunken Living Room, a play he first developed at Southern Rep in 2005. Only two performances remain. Details after the jump.
