Fringe Tickets Now On Sale

Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines! Tickets for the 2010 New York International Fringe Festival went on sale at 12:01am Friday. Advance sales will play a huge part in the success of our entry. Here’s how to buy.

Buying tickets (as told on the FringeNYC website):

ONLINE starting July 23rd: (convenience charge applies) -To purchase tickets on-line, just find the performance for which you want tickets on our SHOW SCHEDULE PAGE , and click on the performance you want to see. You can purchase tickets using a credit card, and they will be waiting for you at the WILL CALL sign (see the volunteer in the bright yellow vest!)
BY PHONE starting July 23rd: (additional convenience charge applies) – 9am to 7pm every day Call 866.468.7619 (Credit Card Only)
IN PERSON starting July 30th: (no convenience charge) at FringeCENTRAL

IN PERSON: (cash only) – at VENUE BOX OFFICE 15 minutes prior to showtime

Why are buying tickets early so important for FringeNYC shows? It’s simple. FringeNYC has it’s own press agent, but it also has over 200 productions to promote. Obviously, some shows get pushed to the front and advance ticket sales are one of the metrics they use in determining who that is. We feel we’ve been afforded an enormous opportunity with the schedule we’ve been given in that our first and second performances are a week apart. That gives us a lot of time to build on whatever press we get from show #1. But if sales are slow, the press may not come and that’s the rub. In case helping us stand out wasn’t incentive enough, the Fringe has raised its at the door ticket prices to $18 but kept its in advance prices at $15 so you can save $3 by getting your seat early. That’s two mugs of beer at McSorley’s (a seven minute walk from our venue) for anyone who’s keeping track.

Discounts and multi-show passes are available as well. Click here for all FringeNYC ticket info.
